Is Nasoclear safe for longer period if time? Or isotonic spray like Solspre are better to clear nasal congestion and drain sinuses?

Nasoclear is safe but quite expensive in the long term. I suggest you pick up IS Indosurgicals Jala Neti Salt economy pack(450gm)on Amazon. It comes with a small spoon. One spoonful of that spoon is equivalent to one satchet of Nasoclear. When used twice daily, it should easily last you beyond 2 months!
