Is protein good for body?
Hi, I wanted to ask whether its good to have protein and protein shakes to drink after workout and exercises. Many people have advised me it's good for health and you can take it with milk as it has high nutrition of protein and Soy milk with helps in building muscles and body growth. I've heard of whey protein which is one of the best source and helps to my cause of building muscles. But my concern is how and on what proportion it needs to be consumed. If it would be okay if consumed with milk or some other source is recommended. Also, will it affect my bones or metabolism in any way? Thank you in advance..!

Protein is good for your body and you need lots of it if you exercise regularly. Join a gym with a good instructor. He should be able to guide you according to your body mass. Protein is good for your bones and metabolism. Stay away from steroids.

You should take vitamins too at it will ensure optimal utilisation of the protein you eat.
