Is pubergen safe after pregnancy

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I got pregnant after 15 days of IVF process. And Doctor has given me pubergen 5000aqua on the 15th day and I got loose motion with that and after 5 days I again got my blood checked and my pregnancy level drops from 85percent to 14 percent. Is pubergen responsible for my miscarriage. Bcz the next day I got pubergen blood spotting starts. Kindly advice me that is pubergen lead me to miscarriage.
