Is the report normal
My mother is suffering from piles. She had been taking ppi regularly. So does she requires to take iron med. Or just taking iron rich food would help.

Get surgery opinion for piles and get that treated as per the grade. There is no use of just taking iron if there continuous loss of blood through piles. If there is no loss only dietary supplements may be sufficient.

Above report suggest that she have to continue iron tablet untill her RBC s morphology seems to be normal she can take dexorange twice a day it will helps better
