Is there any medical cure for snoring?
Since last two years I am having problem of louder snoring.
tried different exercise but not effective.

There are many causes for snoring such as obesity, deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, decreased tone of palate and pharyngeal muscles etc. Most common cause is obesity. If that is the case try to reduce the weight
