Is there any Treatment to reduce iris?

A K GOEL SIR, VAIBHAV MITTAL SIR & OTHERS PLEASE TELL... Is there any treatment available to reduce iris (Brown circular part) & reshape eye. My right eye iris is larger than left eye. However pupil size of both eyes are same. There is high sensitivity of light in my right eye and I can't even look at bright light or laptop light becauas I feel pain. There is no injury happend to my right eye. Is there any treatment available to reduce iris size. Please help me.
