Is this depression
I feel upset for no reason...I feel void inside me which comes out when I feel upset..it's always there but I hid it when I am with people...I feel lonely I feel continuously chatter in my mind I feel lost I struggle with myself to be happy I have no one to share my feelings no one to listen me...I cry then I feel normal but ..I can cry whole day...need some advise..m I depressed???

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
