Is this gynecomastia
Sir myself bhat from srinagar I have excess chest fat and I have puffy nipples I notice it from almost 5-6years I think it is due to puberty but nothing now a says it occurs badly and I hate I can't wear tshirt and also it appears in shirt badly now I am day by day upset with it and my confidence level is very I haven't a courage to tell this situation to my parents please tell me what i do and what is this I bear it from last almost 6 years please give me a good suggestion I am tried to attach photos but it can not attach

Hello well it's quite possible that it is because of your built also... You need to start doing exercises focussed on it.. I would suggest you to meet a General Surgeon to rule out gynecomastia as you are telling about it... We need to examine you for it... Thank you
