Is this psoriasis ??
Hi I am having this cuts from two plus years now till now had for right feet only but now it's started for left one, applied moisturiex cream from long time but dint help. It does not go permanently and keeps coming and going often unable to walk when new cuts happen.kindly suggest me

Yes plamo-plantar psoriasis.
Chronic inflammatory disease, resistant for the treatment.
Winter, stress,alcohol&smoking will aggravates the condition.
You use Halox - S oint twice daily along with moisturex cream. First moisturex cream followed by 15 minutes you can use halox S oint.,twice daily.
It needs to be maintained since its not curable we can only control it,as the exact cause for the disease is not known.
If topical is not responding we can go for systemtic therapy & targeted phototherapy..etc are other modalities after a basic investigations.
