Is this report OK after bypass?
Hi. Dad has undergo bypass surgery on last Friday. Today we had 2 D echo test. Report says. Normal LV size & wall thickness, mild localised inferobasal hypokinesia with preserved wall thickness.
Other LV segment contract normally.
Preserved LV systolic function EF 50%
Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction Grade 1.Trival mitral regurgitation/aortic
stenosis
