Is this Sinus infection or COVID-19?

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have blocked nose(nose congestion) and wet cough from Last 2 weeks, I have the sence of taste and smell, no fever, no head ace, cough will be max when I sleep, feeling something is blocking and releasing slowly(when i lay on bed). But no difficulty in breathing. Starting I took one course of Azithromycin (3 days) antibiotics as I had wet cough, and Iam taking steem 3 times a day, and drinking hot water.

Looks like sinusitis and post nasal drip associated with it. You can take nasoclear saline nasal spray 1 puff thrice daily.
