Is TSH and haeglobin test reports normal
My TSH is 13.17 and my haemoglobin is 7..haemotocrit is 25. I am 43 years female.

You are having hypothyroidism and Severe anemia. You should immediately start thyroxin replacement and treatment for thyroid.
