Isotretinoin permanently
Hi I have been fighting with acne since I was 16 years old (now 25). I have been taking isotretinoin since then permanently with a few months breaks every now and then. I have stopped taking this medication a bit more than a month ago because of increasing liver values. My problem is that my acnes is already breaking out again. My acne is not red and not itchy, it is more like small warts. now my question - can I take isotretinoin permanently on a low dosage? thank you.

No..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  consult me in my clinic or consult me by direct online consultation by sending photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment
