Hi,
My son is always passing motions after having lunch and dinner on regular basis. Sometimes, he asks to go post breakfast as well. On total, he is passing motion 3 to 4 times a day. However, the motion is of normal type, but sometimes it's observed to have muccus as well. He is very thin too.
Could you suggest any medication in order to have this issue treated? Also, should he avoid any typical food?

Such motions are normal in the toddlers. This doesn’t reduce weight.
Give food 5-6 times/ day and calorie dense like adding ghee, butter, cheese.
Give him a healthy diet with vegetables and fruits
Plenty of liquids/ water daily
