Issue and pains a lot
I drink and I smoke. Whenever I smoke in my chest it's pain a lot some time it feels like I want to do vomit and after this lockdown, my smoking and drinking increased .. whenever I drink my body gets aches and in my back n throat it pains a lot n it's a severe pain I can't even breathe at that time also I feel.like vomit but nothing comes. Every day if I don't drink water or doesn't eat anything then my headache start painting a lot and even I starting spitting and whenever I spit also it feels like vomiting. These things are from last 1 year or else more than that.. Please help me

Your picture clearly shows that you have GERD. You should cut down and cease smoking and drinking, else the picture may get worse in likely before a year. For now, start with tab pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast for next 10 days. Drink plenty of water. Avoid fatty foods. Take high protein diet and try to keep yourself full with hydration. If you are having constipation issues, take syp cremaffin 15 ml at bedtime. Take a high fiber diet. Start a capsule B complex once daily.
