Issue of dry coughing
Caught cold and dry coughfing 3 days back. Fever happened one day and took Crocin and it went away . How ever the dry coughing is just not going away . Taste is changed , not liking food also resulting in weakness . Please suggest some medication and food precaution. Due to heavy and deep dry coughing throat is affected and voice is also heavy and I have started doing hot water gargle
