Caught cold and dry coughfing 3 days back. Fever happened one day and took Crocin and it went away . How ever the dry coughing is just not going away . Taste is changed , not liking food also resulting in weakness . Please suggest some medication and food precaution. Due to heavy and deep dry coughing throat is affected and voice is also heavy and I have started doing hot water gargle

2. Syp.Ascoril expectorant or RAPITUS XT , 10 ml, three times a day x 3 days.
3. Tab. Zedocef AZ (antibiotic), daily two, after food x 5 days
4. Alex Cough Lozenges, four times a day x 3 days
5. Tab. Pan D, before food, two times a day... 5
days.
6. Tab. Montec LC, daily one in night, x 7 days.
If u are a smoker, stop that
