Issue while pooping
Hi, Recently I noted that there is a small soft lump coming out while pooping and after that I am facing issue in bowl movement as well. This small lump coming out and its soft it's going inside when pressured.

Need some information...like is motion is painful or painless? Is there any blood in motion? Do you have constipation problem?
On basic history it looks like you have Hemorrhoids (piles).
For time being you take high fibre diet (add green vegetables and more water intake)
ANOVATE cream 1-0-1 before and after motion x 15 days
NATUROLAX powder (if you have constipation) 1tsp in 1/2 glass water at bed time.
You need to visit if you feel mass is not going back in even after pressing in that case Surgery may will be required.
Next Steps
follow above instructions atleast for 15 days and visit for examination.
