Not replacing the lost first molar will cause tilting of the second molar and second premolar towards eachother. Which will further cause loosening of these teeths gradually. U can always extract a third molar and not replace it but the same with first molar is not advisable as it plays a major role in chewing and speaking.
Next Steps
visit a dentist and plan for the replacement of first molar.

The teeth will not automatically move into correct position. Ideally implant for the extracted tooth is recommended

Hi sir...    The gap between 2 nd molar and premolar wont will by eruption of 3 rd molar....    The eruption of 3 rd molar only causes crown movement(Tipping movement) of 2 nd molar teeth .... You need to go for Fixed prosthesis(Bridging) for 1 st molar loss... The 3 rd molar which is erupting is extra teeth that can be removed surgically...That teeth is not for chewing and speaking purpose....
Next Steps
kindly visit nearby dentist for furthur conaultation and management...
