Itch below foreskin
Hi
I have a itch below foreskin of penis. When i pull the foreskin back to clean, i find small white particles. After cleaning relief is temporary and the inch is back after few hours. Also there is a foul smell during the itch. I find its getting little wet under the foreskin also. I clean well with warm water and dove soap and dry with towel in and out.
Please advice.

I can understand your concern.
Im still not clear yet on your condition wether it is smegma or something else.
With skin related issues, its always like this. We need to see it to know what exactly it is.
