From morning today i have itchiness in whole body. Also fungal infection itching has increased multifold in groin area.

Are you sure its a fungal infection. Is it present on area from where you can pictures and send me for better diagnosis and treatment. Are you applying anything for treating it. Apply ketoconazole cream plain on it.
