As other doctors advised take some antiallergic like levocetrizine, and add some Avil 25 mg short acting.
If problem increases , You must visit some emergency unit of hospital
1.Tab Pan 40 mg twice daily before meals.
2. Tab Medrol 16 mg once daily after meals.
3. Tab Allegra 180 mg once daily after meals.
4. Follow for 5 days and revert if needed
Tab Attached(25mg) once daily after dinner for 7 days.Tab Medrol(8mg) once daily after breakfast for 7 days. If still itching persists ,Consult skin Specialist.

I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Allercet 5mg twice a day after food for controlling the itching. Its very hard to diagnose skin conditions without actuwlly seeing the lesions.
I would suggest you consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
