From past few days i am having itching in vagina and white discharge, it seems to yeast formation Can u suggest what i should do

You definitely have infection. Drink lots of water. Wear cotton underwear. Avoid sex for at least a week. You will need to visit a gynaecologist or consult online for a prescription of antifungals
