Feeling itching and dryness outside vagina and anus, feeling more itching during nights, it was there last 3weeks currently I am 20weeks pregnant. Will it affect my baby?

You might be suffering from candidasis, consult gynec once for confirmation . Some general measures to be followed are- wear loose cotton underwear, urinate before going to bed, do not wash the private area with water frequently , Use clingen wash/V-wash for private area instead of soap.
