When my skin exposes to sun like my hands and hands after few hours of tat part of my hands itch and small bumps occur on tat wats the reason and how to treat them

Hopefully it arisen recently as we Indians used to work in Sun since centuries...
It could be due to high salty n sour snacks n food and lazy nap disobedience of biological clock. So till consult Ayurveda Dr near you please be on pop rice (saltless/free) and resines
