Take Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg twice a day for 5 days
Take Tablet Levocetrizine twice a day for 5 days
Miconazole 2% ointment for local application on vulva

Use cotton panties or no panties for a month
Keep dry
Use Intiwash solution for cleaning vagina and vulva twice a day
