Itching and Rashes on every part of body

She is facing itching and rashes on every part of the body alternatively. Rashes apear at one part of body and itching started. After 15-20 minutes, it disappears.It again shifted to some other body parts and same itching, rashes appears and disappears automatically. Actually she is observing this from 1 month but now it is prevalent. Initially it was there for certain period. Even this rashes and itching is observed on head and forehead portion also. On more thing to consider during evaluation of situation that she had delivered a baby 3 months back and common itching was there since pregnancy of 6 months. During pregnancy it was some sort of ringworm and it was cured by candid cream (Clotrimazole). Please suggest the best treatment and medicine for permanent resolution of this disease. Request to consider that there is no effect on feeding of mother milk to the baby. Thanks a lot. Waiting for your kind suggestions as early as possible.
