If there is too much bleeding from 5 years as you say . You need to get a proctoscopy done . If that is done and you have bleeding from Haemorrhoids better get it operated . food

For immediate relief you can use do Sitz bath three times a day for 20 mins , Syp.Cremaffin 3 tsp at night to soften stools , Tab.Daflon 500 mg morning and night after. Take lots of green leafy vegetables .
