Itching in anal area
My 5 yr old son complains itching and some times pain in anus mostly in night time. there is small pimple like thing little inside the anus.some times it comes and goes by it self. other time (in a gap of few weeks it re occurs) he complains lot of pain and cry . i have notices if he eats fried egg this problem flare up.. please suggest a quick relief to calm him when he cries.

He seems to have an anal fissure..is he constipated..give him lot of liquids and fibrous diet.he may need a stool softener for 5 days to heal the anal fissure..sitz bath is advisable.to reduce pain lignocaine jelly can be applied at the anal region or as a hime remedy try coconut oil.
