I am male 26 years ..i am feeling itching in thighs especially sides of penis  which results in dark spots looks like fungus ...please help me .

Hi it looks like you have a fungal infection. Please meet a dermatologist so they can advise you on the best cream to cure this. Also pay attention to your personal hygiene and do wash jeans trousers frequently to prevent reinfection
