Itching on penis tip
I have red spots on the tip of my penis and it itches a lot. There's no swelling or burning sensation but the itching is incessant during the day and gets worse as the day continues. At night it is slightly less itchy.
What could be the cause of it and is it serious? Also, should I consult a dermatologist or a urologist for this condition? Any help is appreciated. I did have unprotected sex recently.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
