Hi, i have been observing itching under my penis foreskin. There is a white substance discharging from under the foreskin of my penis. The itching can be unbearable at times. Please suggest medication

There is a possibility of infection that you may have contracted or a fungal infection.
You need a thorough evaluation including your sexual history and partner history of similar complaints ( if any) .
