I have had itching, burning and whitening in-between my toes for the last 20years ( am now 22years old) and so are my 2sisters and brother, what should I do?

Since 20 years! Haven't you seen a dermatologist yet?? It could be inverse psoriasis, recurrent fungal infection. Seek a dermatologist along with other siblings
