Itching whiteheads all over right cheek
I get occassional breakouts everywhere but that doesn't concern me it's okay but right cheek is covered with itching whiteheads.First it forms a small hard like pimple with no color under skin ,when I touch it pains.After two days color changes to red and forms whitehead which is itchy.I don't eat dairy products sugar oily food spicy food nor I lean my face on pillow nor I take mobile phone near my face.No matter what I do I am not able to get rid of them.whats wrong doctor ?? please help.

Hello! It's good that you know about the precipitating factors of acne. The other things to take care of are dandruff,oily skin,hormonal changes and stress. Sometimes weather changes may affect our skin leading to eruptions. You have to also look into the various products that you are applying such as foundation,compact powder,mousse etc. Some oral medications may also precipitate this type of acne. Threading, waxing and other beauty parlour activities are also stressors for it. Definitely consult a dermatologist who can analyze your skin and prescribe you facewash as per your skin type and few medications. This type of acne also responds very well to salycylic peels.
