Itchy and chafed skin in inner thighs .
I am having itch in My inner thighs near testcle area and the skin has been chafed . That area also smells bad. I wash twice a day that area even used candid dusting powder to avoid moist. I change underwear daily and I use it only at the time of going out other time I use boxer at home. But nothing works out. Any medication to avoid such issue.
