  4. Itchy bumps after showering. Too hot.

Itchy bumps after showering
Every time I shower, I get a rash on my skin. They're itchy bumps that usually last for 30 mins after I shower. I've changed shampoos and soap but there's no difference. Lotion doesn't help either and I don't take showers that are too hot.
