  4. Itchy ear canal. What else can i apply?

Hi, I've dry and itchy ear canal. I used to apply Neosporin-H before as recommended by doctor. But is out of market now. What else can I apply?

Please do not keep the oint. what is the diagnosis. It it Otitis Externa or some other problem. Please give full information
