  4. Itchy eczema. I can use to heal this.

Hi Doctor. I got these big patches on hands legs and neck. Pics attached for refferenc. Problem I m facing- When ever I sleep(even a small nap of 1-2hrs) and get up. These wounds starts itching alot. Which is uncontrollable and I end up scratching it. Also there is alot of unevenness in skin colour due such previous incident. These spots secret transparent fluid and the wounds never seems to heal. Just a thick dry flake on wound and beneath it would remain the same. I work in bpo n my timings r odd. Due to which I'm not able to visit a doctor. Please let me know what cream and tablets I can use to heal this. Thank you in advance.
