I am 19yrs old I got some dead skin like material on my eyes every time it feels itchy also sometimes, to remove that I wet my eyes and roube it how I get rid of this permanently

You may have blephritis. It requires proper examination and treatment. You might have some dandruff in hairs too.. so you need guided treatment. Kindly consult doctor
