  4. Itchy groin area. Since few months.

Itchy groin area.
Red spots, patches. Too much heat and itching at night specially. Used clobeta GM for sometime. Problem since few months.

Maybe tenia cruris.. Clinical cure of an uncomplicated tinea cruris infection usually can be achieved using topical antifungal agents of the imidazole or allylamine family ...other possible causes may be eczema,dermatitis etc...as we can't prescribe medication online as per law please consult nearest dermatologist they will help you further
