Itchy red spots over pinal crown
Five days before I saw some red spots over crown, next day went to see a doctor, he said it's just skin infection, and give me some medicine, but 3 days later now it's started itching, and it's accelerated, I have no idea what to do, need suggestions

You may be suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
