Itchy scalp and body

Asked for Male, 31 Years

It has all started with fungal infection few months before, after few weeks I have started experiencing itchy scalp, butt, legs and burning neck. Consulted a doctor and started using alerid 10 mg along with some creams for fungal infection, and everything is fine and no itching in just 2 days.I have completed the course but the problem is if I stop using alerid 10 mg for 3 days, the same problem is repeating. Can someone please tell me whats exactly causing this
