Itchy Scrotum
Iam 21 years old guy.my scrotum is itchy over 3 years.i used clotrimazol cream.but it make worse the area.scrotum skin seems like thin and silky with sharp boundry around scrotum skin.no itching in penis.some steroids gives relief,but not permanent.some time scrotum skin smell and skin remove over my trouser like small powder particle.

This is scrotal eczema. Not fungal infection so antifungal powder and creams will not help. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
