I have been experiencing itchiness on my back, chest, torso, and sometimes head whenever my body temperature rises and I begin to sweat. This includes warm weather, anxiety, exercise, etc.
I find relief when I use a menthol moisturizer AFTER the itchiness begins, but it doesn't prevent it. Cooling down my body also helps relieve the itchiness.
I don't experience dry skin or hives or rashes of any kind.
