I went to a dentist for tooth scaling and caries junior doctor did it.She didn't do correctly.after doing scaling and caries filling . there small white stuff at the end of lower both teeth

You can always revisit the dentist for a re-evaluation. I am sure after sharing all your doubts she will do the needful. In my personal opinion I think that might be a remnant of the prophylactic polishing paste that we use after scaling but a second look will give you a confirmation.
