Hello, You do not always have implantation bleeding. You need to do a beta HCG blood test to confirm your pregnancy 2 days after embryo transfer.

Its not necessary that all the patients have implantation bleeding. vaginal progesterone does causes white discharge, till it is not foul smelling or itchy, its ok. get a urine routine microscopy and culture done to rule out any infection. you can get a blood pregnancy test done , but that also not more than 2 - 3 days before expected periods i.e. atleast 12 days after ET.
