Your a m h is low it is advisable to go for ovulation induction preferably with gonadotropins to conceive early.. natural conception can occur but it is not hundred percent confirmatory so it is better to go directly for IVF

It’s low. Also we need to know your AFC. Chances with both natural (4-7%) or IVF (12-15%) are there although little low. We need to see other reports also
