Jaundice. High SGPT AND SGOT
Hi i am suffering from jaundice. Billirubin level is high along with my SGPT- 370 AND SGOT-312. I AM a frequent consumer of alcoholic beverages plus my day to day diet used to inlcude lots of junk food. WHAT DOES IT MEAN ??

It could still be viral hepatitis. You must consult a Gastroenterologist. Such high enzymes can lead to liver failure.
