Jaundice in 3 days infant

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My baby is born on 18.07.2019. 3 days before . And he has yellow urine and eys showing like jaundice. Can any pediatric Dr suggest me treatment options. Today is Sunday and I am worry. Please suggest he is my first baby boy.
