The only way to confirm jaundice rightly is through a blood test. In most cases jaundice resolves within the first month itself. Sometimes breast milk jaundice may persist a little longer. The yellow discoloration of eyes is the last to disappear. Hence maybe her eyes still appear yellow. If she is feeding well, passing urine and motions normally there is no cause for worry. Or else u can still get in touch with your pediatrician for clinical examination
