Jaundice issue

My father is suffering from jaundice. He is taking medicine on time. But he is not eating food. He is taking sugarcane juice three times in a day. But last month billubin was 1.83 and after one month its 2.22. He is taking boiled food without any spices.
Please suggest me what to do?

2 cirrhosis
3.anything other?
